Fuego

This fiery red stallion is a dream come true! His name literally means fire, and when he takes off in the field, it is like a fireball flew by. He is a correct, well balanced, beautiful example of a PRE stallion. He is highly in tune to the world around him, a sensitive being, and his rider must be aware of that. When they are anxious, he is equally as so, but when you are confident, he is ready to dance until his heart is content. He is of well proportioned conformation, with an agile cadence. His ability to turn quickly on his haunches, and collect without issue, makes him a wonderful dressage and working equitation mount.

Fuego has one descendant currently of riding age, Velaria, who at the age of 4, has already achieved her GCh. title! She is a striking smokey black color, partly thanks to her sire's genes. Fuego will throw color with the correct mare. He is trained in the art of classical dressage, but will produce foals suitable for nearly all disciplines.

His breed is historically known for their role in warfare, and the proud steeds of diplomacy since the 15th century. Mostly grey, we are proud to have this chestnut within our herd!
